IIT Madras’ Centre for Outreach and Digital Education (CODE) hosted the ‘CODE HR Summit 2024’ today.
The event highlighted key trends with 21 HR leaders and included keynote sessions on Generative AI in Human Resources and the Metaverse. The summit’s primary focus was on panel discussions covering diversity in hiring, skill-based hiring, and strategies for upskilling.
This first edition of the HR Summit & Best Talent Award 2024 drew a prestigious audience, including CXOs, CHROs, Learning & Development Leaders, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Tech Leaders, Functional Heads, Programme Working Professionals, and learners from the IIT Madras BS Programme. The event aimed to foster the creation of industry-ready talent, addressing current and future workforce needs through insightful dialogues and networking opportunities.
